During STEM subjects: Maths, Physics, Biology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Robotics, Flexible Skills English is the compulsory language, while for other subjects (Engineering, Chess, PE) English is the preferred language. What kind of diploma will an AIS student get?

Answer:
Upon completion of the study programme, a certificate of basic general education is issued by Gymnasium No. 4 of Yelabuga. After each stage of study, students receive an International Baccalaureate certificate.
Question:
Is there an entrance test for admission to AIS?
Answer:
School admission consists of an assessment procedure that varies according to age, including maths (reasoning and logic), English and an interview with a psychologist, each lasting approximately 15 minutes. Those entering kindergarten are only assessed by psychologists.

Does the school have an after-school programme ("prodlyenka")?
Answer:
There is no such thing as "prodlyenka" at AIS. The daily routine is carefully thought out for the best learning of the curriculum from 7:00 to 19:00. Subject groups requiring greater concentration are provided in the morning. Five meals a day, compulsory walks during the day and sports clubs contribute to the balanced development of students.
