GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT ALABUGA INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL

Organisation of catering in educational organisations

Nutrition and health conditions of students
Nutrition is one of the key factors determining the characteristics and life of a child, its growth and development. Therefore, AIS pays special attention to the organisation of nutrition. We provide balanced five meals a day. The daily menu is developed in accordance with sanitary and hygienic requirements. It takes into account the nutritional standards for children of each age and optimises the required amount of proteins, fats, carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals.

Alabuga International School provides children with high-quality healthy food thanks to its own kitchen. In our activities, we are guided by the Sanitary Rules and Regulations, taking into account international standards HACCP (Hazard Analyses Critical Control Point) for children's nutrition in general and pre-school educational institutions.

If a child is allergic to certain foods, they are individually excluded from his or her diet. This is closely monitored by a specialist in catering.

It is strictly forbidden to bring sweets, aerated drinks and other food to school in order to comply with food safety standards.
